2. Shipping Methods and Costs 

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a specific amount (if applicable). 

3. Shipping Timeframes 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Typical delivery times are: Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days. International Orders: 7-14 business days.

4. Damage During Shipping 

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and the packaging for assessment. We will work to resolve the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. 

5. Tracking Information

1. Eligibility for Returns 

Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged sheets and panels in their original condition and packaging. Custom-cut or custom-fabricated sheets and panels are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. 

2. Return Window 

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. 

3. Return Process 

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@carbonfibersuperstore.com or 626 742 8767. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address. 

4. Return Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

5. Refunds 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable. 

6. Exchanges 

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 30 days to arrange a replacement.
